Grilled Fish Steaks
Ingredients
*4 fish steaks (1 lb.)
1/4 C. French dressing
4 Tbsp. bread crumbs
Cooking Instructions
Place fish closely together to allow the minimum amount of dressing. Pour dressing over the steaks and marinate for 30 minutes. Dredge steaks in crumbs. Bake on a broiling rack in a 400 degree oven for about 25 minutes. Baste with rest of dressing if they appear to be dry. For One: 3 meat exchanges – 219 calories; 1/4 bread exchanges – 17 calories; 236 calories total. *Halibut – deduct 1 fat exchange; salmon, sole, or swordfish deduct 2 fat exchanges.
