Green Beans With Mushrooms
Ingredients
2 lb. green beans, fresh, cut in 1-inch pieces
3 C. water, salted, boiling
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
3 oz. mushrooms, sliced, canned
1/2 C. butter, melted
Cooking Instructions
Place beans in saucepan containing boiling salted water. Add salt and sugar. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes; drain. Sauté mushrooms in butter and add to beans.
