Good Fish Stew
Ingredients
3-4 lb. fish (deboned)
1/2 lb. bacon, cut in sm. pieces
5-6 peeled & diced Irish potatoes
2 bay leaves
3 cans tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
Small pinch of tarragon, oregano &
basil (optional)
Cooking Instructions
Fry bacon in large pot. Add fish. Cover with water and boil until you can break the fish in small pieces. Add all other ingredients except potatoes. Cook slowly for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Add potatoes and continue to cook until they are done. Stir.
