Filipino Fish Soup
Ingredients
2 med. tomatoes, sliced 1/2″ thick
2 med. green peppers, cut into rings
1/4″ wide
4 oz. onion, cut in thin slices
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 C. water
1 1/2 lb. fish cut into 1 1/2″ slices
1/3 C. watercress, chopped
Cooking Instructions
In saucepan combine tomatoes, green peppers, onion, salt and water; bring to boil. Add fish and cook 5-8 minutes or until fish is tender. Add watercress, heat 1 minute and serve at once. 4 servings.
