Curried Meatballs
Ingredients
2 lbs. deer burger (with suet)
4 slices stale bread (cut into sm. cubes)
1 egg
1/2 C. catsup
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. curry powder
Cooking Instructions
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together until combined. Shape into small (3/4 inch) size meatballs. Put a thin coat of cooking oil in a skillet and brown meatballs over medium heat. Add 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until done (about 15 minutes). Serve as appetizers.
