Crunchy Granola
Ingredients
nonstick cooking spray
3-1/2 C. old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 C. wheat germ
1/2 C. shredded unsweetened coconut
1/4 C. sesame seeds
1/4 C. sliced almonds
1/4 C. sunflower seeds
1/4 C. honey
1/4 C. canola oil
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 C. raisins
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Spray 2 baking sheets with edges with nonstick cooking spray. Combine all dry ingredients, except raisins, in a large mixing bowl. Combine honey, oil, and vanilla in a small bowl. Pour over dry mixture and stir well. Spread evenly on both baking sheets. Bake until mixture is brown, about 35 to 45 minutes, stirring once after 20 minutes. Remove granola from pans. Let cool slightly. Add raisins. Place granola into airtight container.
