Crowd Pleaser Scalloped Fish
Ingredients
1 can shrimp
1 can crab meat
1 can lobster
3 cans mushroom soup or 2 cans shrimp
and 1 can mushrooms soup
2 green peppers
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 pkg. thin egg noodles
1 can pimento (optional)
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Cooking Instructions
Cook noodles as directed. Saute in bacon fat, the chopped onion and green peppers. Combine with noodles. Mix seafoods together; layer into casserole: noodles, seafood, soup. Repeat layers and then top with the grated Cheddar cheese. Bake 1 hour uncovered in 350 degree oven. Serves 10 to 12.
