Butter Bean Pate
Ingredients
1 tsp. olive oil
2 each garlic cloves, minced
1 C. onion, minced
1/3 C. carrots, minced
1/3 C. parsley, minced
1 1/2 C. butter beans, cooked
1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
1 tsp. tamari
Cooking Instructions
Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Sauté garlic, onion, carrot and parsley for 5 minutes. Puree the beans with remaining ingredients until smooth. Add sautéed vegetables. Transfer to an oiled decorative serving dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
