Black Russian Cake
Ingredients
1 package yellow cake mix
1 package instant chocolate fudge pudding
4 eggs
3/4 C. cooking oil
3/4 C. water
1/4 C. vodka
1/4 C. Kahlua
1/4 C. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 C. ground nuts
Cooking Instructions
Mix and beat cake mix, pudding, eggs, oil, water, vodka and Kahlua for 4 minutes. Grease bundt pan. Prepare topping mix by combining sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Coat the greased pan with the topping mixture. Pour the remainder into the batter. Bake 350 for 55 minutes. Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
