Baked Red Snapper
Ingredients
Red snapper fillets, cut into individual portions
3 Tbsp. orange juice
2 tsp. orange rind, grated
1 tsp. fine herbs
Dash pepper
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Cooking Instructions
Grease shallow baking dish large enough for number of servings desired (if more than 6, increase ingredients proportionately). Spread fillets in pan, skin side down. Sprinkle with juice and seasonings and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Fish is done with it flakes easily. Garnish with slices of orange. May be individually seasoned with Morton’s Nature’s seasoning.
