Baked Flounder 1
Ingredients
1 flounder
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. lemon pepper
2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
1/4 C. butter or margarine, melted
Cooking Instructions
To prepare fish, remove head and clean. With sharp knife, score the dark skin down the center and around the edges. Place dark side up on cookie sheet. Broil about 5 minutes until skin turns up at edges, remove from oven. Peel skin off to reveal meat. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Pour butter over fish. Sprinkle garlic salt, lemon pepper and parmesan cheese all over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
